On this 40 Minute instructional DVD Master J. Michael Rockwell presents an eight basic palm form that is based on Cheng Yu Lungs Dragon Shape Ba Gua Zhang. The eight basic palm changes are demonstrated followed by an instructional section of the individual movements. Master Rockwell then demonstrates linking of the palm changes and finishes with applications of the various ideas contained within the movements.
